Some need one or two experienced people to strengthen a team they already have. Others hand us a defined package of work and we run it from start to finish.
Both, and often a mix. Our project managers have delivered under PMBoK and Prince2 as well as Scrum and SAFe. In practice most organisations run a hybrid, so we fit the way you already work rather than asking you to change it.
Yes. A large share of our engagements start with one person, usually a project manager, business analyst or architect, brought in to cover a gap or a peak. If the scope grows we can add people from the same team.
It depends on how well the outcome can be defined up front. Where we are supplying people into your team, it is time and materials at an agreed daily rate. Where the deliverable is clear, such as an architecture review or a defined package of work, we quote a fixed price against an agreed outcome. We are happy to talk through which fits before anything is signed.
