Engagement Overview
AJQ Technology provided specialist testing resources to support a professional services company on a nine-month Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform implementation for schools. The engagement was delivered on a time-and-materials basis and supported the rollout of a new enterprise platform servicing multiple education providers.
AJQ’s role included the provision of Sydney based Dynamics 365-experienced Test Leads, Senior Test Engineers, and Test Engineers, embedded within the client-led delivery team, supported by our Sydney based Head of Delivery.
Scope & Complexity
The engagement involved testing of a multi-tenant Dynamics 365 CE platform supporting multiple schools, students, and teaching staff. The solution incorporated .NET-based server-side extensions, integrations, and APIs to support business processes and data exchange across systems.
Key complexity factors included
- Testing of role-based security and privacy controls for sensitive student and staff data
- Validation of .NET-based plugins and custom business logic
- Functional and integration testing of APIs supporting data exchange and workflow orchestration
- Coordination of testing activities across multiple stakeholder groups and delivery partners
